MEET HARLEY

Hi, I'm Harley Bell, and I am the founder of B.Confident Coaching. My mission is to redefine what it means to be confident. For too long, we have believed that our worth is measured by how small we can be, but real confidence goes far beyond just the number on the scale.

I was overweight for as long as I can remember. By the time I was 10, I was already chasing “skinny,” stuck in the vicious cycle of trying the next thing to lose weight. But everything I started, I never finished. I’d give up and fall back into the same habit that gave me comfort in the moment, eating. Then in 2014 what began as tagging along to the gym with a few friends became the very thing that changed everything for me, the start of a fitness journey that would completely transform my life.

When I first started coaching, I thought the mission was simple—help people lose weight, just like I had. But as I continued on my own journey, I realized something weight loss alone could never give me: true fulfillment, confidence, and happiness. Even after dropping the weight, I found myself at some of my lowest points, wondering… if it’s not the number on the scale, then what is it? It forced me to look inward in a way I never had before. I started therapy, peeling back the layers I had tried to cover with food and weight loss. And for the first time, I faced the parts of me I thought losing weight would fix—the hurt, the insecurities, the things I carried for years.

B.Confident is about so much more than a smaller number on the scale, a sculpted body, or lower body fat. It’s about creating a life that brings out the best version of you—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

I grew up thinking a smaller body would solve bigger problems. Even after losing weight, I was surprised to find that joy, peace, and self-worth didn’t automatically arrive with a new size.

 

That wake-up call sent me inward: therapy, faith, and a whole lot of mindset work. I learned that confidence isn’t a number—it’s a practice.

B.Confident grew from that shift. Today, I coach women to build sustainable habits, create flexible nutrition, and find movement they actually enjoy. We focus on the whole person—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual—so your results feel lived-in, not borrowed.
