About Me

Hello beautiful people! My name is Harley and I am so excited you are here, a little bit about me:

I’m a Tennessee girl loving life by the beach in sunny St. Pete, Florida. I got into fitness through my own weight loss journey. When I first started coaching, I thought the goal was clear—help people lose weight. But after going through my own transformation, losing over 80 pounds, and even getting a tummy tuck, I came face-to-face with a truth many don’t talk about: weight loss doesn’t heal what’s going on inside. What truly sparked my passion was seeing women start to believe in themselves—not because of a number on the scale, but because they committed to the inner work—facing their triggers, healing from the inside, and pairing that with the physical habits of weight loss. Real confidence isn’t about being thin—it’s about breaking unhealthy patterns, building lasting habits, and growing from the inside out: mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I tried everything to hit that “goal” — the number on the scale, the perfect body, the idea that once I got there, I’d finally be happy. In 2019, after losing over 80 pounds, I got a tummy tuck to remove the loose skin left behind from the weight loss. I thought that would be the final piece, the thing that would finally make me feel confident and content in my own skin. But even after all that, I still felt empty. I kept chasing something that always felt just out of reach.

It took a lot of trial and error, soul-searching, and honest conversations with myself to realize that true joy doesn’t come from changing your body — it comes from changing your heart. No number, no surgery, no external validation could give me what I was looking for. What finally filled that emptiness was putting my trust in the Lord. When I surrendered control and let Him into every part of my life — not just my fitness journey, but my mindset, my relationships, my purpose — everything started to shift.

Now I know that lasting peace and happiness come from within, and from above. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. It’s about letting go of the world’s definition of success and embracing the life God is calling you to live and for me, that’s coaching women up to become the best versions of themselves from the inside, out.
